Immune Boosting Drink Recipe

Sometime making one small change in your daily routine can result in a big difference in the way to feel. I started the new year by swapping my daily cup of coffee with this Immune Boosting drink

Heat 4 cups of water in a pan. Add the below ingredients 🧉
1 inch grated Ginger
1 inch grated Raw Turmeric
If you do not have raw turmeric you can add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder instead.
Crush the below in a mortar and pestle and add to the boiling water!
4-5 Cloves
4-5 Black peppers
3-5 Cardamom pods
1 Cinnamon stick
Add 1 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 inch jaggery. If you do not have jaggery you can add 1 tsp honey instead at the end just before you drink.
Boil for 10 minutes on low/medium flame. Drain the liquid with a strainer and enjoy!☕️
